Hello again,
Another mixed bag of things today, and the second track really *is* dated 2014 - Ásgeir's Torrent has existed in its original Icelandic language form for a while, but this English language version is chalked in for a January 2014 release.
The return of several very well-known acts earlier in the year is finally documented in this List (Pixies, My Bloody Valentine and Low most notably), though the return of Duckworth Lewis Method, Sac & Pip and James Yuill has excited me at least as much.
Doubt there'll be many more pleasingly waspish sets of lyrics committed to plastic all year as those in John Grant's excellent Black Belt, either.
