Hello again,
There's one small drawback of changing That Music List to a December season, of course - when doing 10, 20 or 30 year ago retrospectives, the year in question has almost come to an end!
And so it comes to pass that here we have a first collection of songs that are, only just, hailing from 30 years ago this year. The Run DMC and Anne Clark ones will be familiar to sample spotters; the lead guitarist of Care will look very familiar to Lightning Seeds fans; and Stewart Lee's favourite cabaret act-cum-Foster's Comedy Award winners make an appearance as well.
