Hello again,
A diversion from the recent mixed bag Lists this week, with the first it-was-however-many-years-ago retrospectives of 2016. It's a leap back exactly a decade this time - yep, it's really ten years ago since the ubiquitous whistling intro of Young Folks first graced the airwaves.
Dawnsio Dros Y Môr is taken from the first solo album by erstwhile Gorkys frontman Euros Childs - there's been one every year since. Contrariwise, there's been no further output since the eponymous sole album by Darkel (one half of Air) - a pity. Elsewhere, it's a pleasure to be able to include what if I remember correctly was the first ever video from East Anglian cuddlecore favourites Bearsuit, albeit a good few years into their recorded career.
